Australian reds - heartening consistency
Now is a great time to be buying wine for airlines, and indeed for any of us to be buying medium quality wine. While quality continues to zoom upwards, the wines that really sell are those at the very top and very bottom. There is therefore a glut of good wine around, notably southern hemisphere red.
