DRC's 2004s
I tasted these wines at the beginning of my visit to the Domaine in mid December. This was at the end of my first day in Burgundy after an evening train ride to Paris, an extremely fitful night in Paris, an early start for Dijon and visits elsewhere in Vosne Romanée. I was tired, no doubt about it. But the sheer quality and almost healing properties of this great range of wines worked wonders. They really did seem curative.
