Portugal old and new - the tasting notes

Here, in the order served, are my tasting notes on all the wines included in the fascinating tasting of Portuguese wines in D ü sseldorf in March described here .   Carlos Quintas opened all the Bairradas the day before the tasting and everything else first thing that morning. I tasted from about 12.30 until 4pm.   He gave every flight a name, and listed most wines with the name of the producer or winemaker first.
