For the last five years, he’s been making wine in a 120 sq m double garage in the village of San Vicente de la Sonsierra (with the barrel cellar at the top of the village, in the hill under the church, so that the barrels had to be transported up the hill strapped to the back of his pickup) but his new winery in the untamed landscape below the village is almost ready for action (the scale model below gives you an idea of the style).
