Here are more wines we’d like to bring to your attention, either because they are notably better value than their peers or because they are available in such small quantities that you’ll need to order them early. Note that some of the same names keep reappearing.   The more I taste, the more variable the reds seem. There is quite marked consistency in these open, ripe whites but the reds are all over the place, even sometimes within one grower’s range. There are remarkably few, if any, really 'serious' reds stuffed full of long term potential. Pricing policies also seem to extemely variable....
