Bordeaux 2007 - podcast with Staples

This time last year I met Berrys' Simon Staples for the first time to record this audio podcast on the 2006 bordeaux. 

We met again this week to discuss the Bordeaux 2007s, still in blissful ignorance of course as to exactly how the Bordelais will price them. Listen to the tape below, also available at bbr.com, to share our initial impressions, hopes and fears for this strange new Bordeaux baby.

Note Berrys'  stately 'Royal Warrant' style music at the beginning and end - rather inappropriate for our verbal roustabout really. Perhaps 'Roll out the barrel' would have been better in this case?
