As I mentioned here , I had the great pleasure of touring bodegas in southern Spain with Jesús Barquin and David Schildknecht, who writes for Robert Parker about Burgundy, the Rhone, the Loire, Champagne, the south of France, Germany, Austria...
David and I, who have known each other for quite a few years now (he stayed with us on his trip to London last November) then participated in last weekend's wine conference in Ronda, on which I will report in more detail next week.
In the meantime, here's a brief interview I recorded with him during the first luinchtime in Ronda, in a beautiful, semi-ruined chapel.
