My morning paper devotes the top half of its page 11 to a story headlined 'Chateau China, a taste of wines to come with climate change' entirely based on a booklet sent out late yesterday by London wine merchants Berry Bros & Rudd. As I wrote the paragraphs below, the BBC's flagship radio news programme Today included an item exploring the hardly ground-breaking thesis that England may become more suitable for viticulture - all because of Berrys' new, and beautifully produced, pamphlet.
