The proof of the pudding is in the eating. I have long suspected that this is merely an excuse to eat more pudding. Pudding aside, some things remain notoriously hard to prove. The existence of WMDs for instance, or the effects of biodynamic farming on wine. Without proof either way, they are both controversial and divisive issues. Although nobody has actually gone to war over the latter, as far as I know. My own inclination is to believe that because biodynamics makes visible changes to the soil, this is bound to translate into the wine.
