Victoria Daskal’s article Running Dry in Tokaj last week made me think you might be interested in the following tasting notes I made at a fascinating tasting of some of Hungary’s better wines in London last year, led by my fellow Master of Wine Dr Caroline Gilby, who specialises in the wines of eastern Europe.
