Some great white Australians

I tasted these 64 Australian white wines blind last March when they had been submitted as candidates for British Airways first class cabin. It was not long after the white burgundy tasting for first class and I must say the quality was much more inspiring – although of course top white burgundy producers are much less interested in supplying airlines than  producers of fine Australian wines tend to be.
