Biblia Chora is a striking joint venture between two oenologists, Evangelos Gerovassiliou, already profiled here , and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis (pictured right with quality control and export manager  Annegret Stamos), former winemaker at Costa Lazaridis - striking physically (see photo below) and in its striving towards quality rather than in its size.
