Biblia Chora is a striking joint venture between two oenologists, Evangelos Gerovassiliou, already profiled here , and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis (pictured right with quality control and export manager  Annegret Stamos), former winemaker at Costa Lazaridis - striking physically (see photo below) and in its striving towards quality rather than in its size. Chora means ‘region’ and Biblia was the name of an ancient grape variety once grown here. They chose this location...
