Those anxious for an early take on that most exceptionally hot vintage 2003 might like to take a look at, though for my taste there is a little too much preoccupation with acid levels in the report when nowadays acidity is not really such a big deal and can be adjusted very easily and sensitively by good winemakers during vinification. Phenolic ripeness and grape health are much more important factors., by the way, is an excellent source of topical drinks industry news, though it has rather too much on developments in cola sales in Poland for the vinously monotopical among us.
