Bruce Jack of Flagstone, and now, as reported here , Constellation’s man in South Africa busy upgrading the Kumala brand, was in London last week. As Julia mentions in Cape crusaders and burnt rubber , he was one of the illustrious group of Cape winemakers who led consecutive debates on the current state of South African wine in London, the first with press, on which Julia reported, and the second for Masters of Wine and MW students.
