Dubourdieu on 2008 bordeaux
Denis Dubourdieu, Bordeaux academic and wine producer who has done so much to imrove the quality of white bordeaux, was in London this week to oversee a tasting of a wide range of dry whites from his native region, on which I will be reporting.
I took advantage of his presence to ask the question that is still far from resolved: what is vintage 2008 like in Bordeaux? He takes six minutes to answer in considerably more detail than Hubert de Bouard had time to here .
