As a recent newcomer to London, one of my favourite weekend quests involves finding local wine retailers with interesting selections and decent prices. Not exactly a mission impossible with supermarkets suddenly slashing prices, enticing shoppers to forget the credit crunch and splash out on six bottles or more, but there’s only a certain amount of times you can visit Waitrose and Sainsbury’s before it’s time to move on.
