Gevrey in the sun
This little film shows Sylvie Esmonin, one of only five (along with Rousseau, Bruno Clair, Fourrier and, the one I forgot until Jasper reminded me, Jadot) proprietors in the famous Clos St-Jacques vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin (just behind the wall behind her and to the right). She gives us a pronunciation guide to her often mispronounced name and we see the usual sight in winter vineyards of a bonfire of vine cuttings.
