One of the most frequent requests we have from you is to provide notes on  the wines you might have in your cellar as they mature (rather than those boring old surveys of wines offered en primeur...) Of course it's difficult to know what sort of wines you have bought, but all the signs are that red bordeaux is one of the most popular components in purple pagers' cellars. And of course as prices escalated over the last few years,  first growths and top classed growths have soared out of reach of many sensible wine drinkers.
