Earlier this week, Richard Hemming reported on some of the great-value Spanish reds he tasted at this year's large generic tasting of wines from Spain (pictured here - spot the wine trade figures hard at work). As with all these big wine fairs, the sheer scope can be overwhelming and it always helps to devise a clear tasting strategy in advance.
