I was caught, as they say, with my pants down, when I read Jancis’ s report on 100 reds worth celebrating at the end of last year. Her positive tasting note on the Teira Zinfandel 2005 Sonoma County had me wondering, who/what is Teira, and why don’t I know about her/it? After some research, I connected – make that reconnected – with Daniel Donahoe, proprietor of Teira Wines.
