Whither New Zealand Sauvignon?
After 30 years of captivating consumers with distinctive flavours ranging from gooseberry to nettles via passionfruit, cat’s pee, asparagus, citrus and capsicum, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc seems to be going through an identity crisis.
