Concluding our African week, I bring you news of some really rather impressive Tunisian wines. While Karim Hwaidak was showing his smartly dressed new offerings from Sahara Vineyards (see Wine in Egypt ) at the London Wine Trade Fair earlier this month, Chris Birkin was showing a range of wines from Tunisia that they import via their company in Suffolk, Côtes d’Afrique (01394 410 319 or cotesdafrique@btconnect.com ).
