See our members' forum for a great food match for Jean Thévenet's Domaine de la Bon Gran Macon-Villages and for some of our members' tasting notes . On our way back home from from the three-day 2006 Burgundy tasting in Beaune, we stopped for a brief visit in Quintaine in the Mâconnais chez Jean Thévenet, one of the leaders of the region, famous for his particularly ripe Chardonnays - some of which are even sweet, botrytised wines.
