The 13 year-old restaurant critic

One of many strange experiences at last weekend's truffle auction was meeting David Fishman of New York, a 13-year-old restaurant reviewer who was there with his parents to receive an award and generally soak up Piemontese gastronomy.  I took the opportunity to interview him but, as you hear below, we were occasionally divided by a common language.
