In last week's wine of the week, I promised to publish an account of a tasting lunch at Le Gavroche in London with the new man at Ch Lagrange in St-Julien. Bruno Eynard took over from Marcel Ducasse and is seen here with my fellow guests.  You may recognise them. See my tasting notes on Lagrange back to 1988 .
