We start our Older Bordeaux Week with a look at two of my favourite properties whose wines can offer so much savour, distinctive character and great balance. Last month I was lucky enough to attend a dinner at Quo Vadis in Soho, London organised by Bibendum Wine and designed to compare wines from the twin properties Chx Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion that are now both owned by the Dillon family.
