Old Vines Register rides again
While researching material for our forthcoming big grape book , I came across our Old Vines Register, so painstakingly assembled by Tamlyn Currin in July 2010. Not least because of some new input from Peter Gago about Barossa Valley (see below), I thought it was due another airing. There is just so much information in this attempt to provide a focal point for a register of the world's stocks of older vines, a precious global resource, as highlighted in World heritage in the vineyard .
