A real cliff hanger
In What a tasting yesterday I described the most extraordinary tasting of 43 top quality madeiras back to 1795 held overlooking the Atlantic in Funchal on the island of Madeira.
Below is a short film of the extraordinary setting in the Villa Cipriani, looking across at the famous Reid's Palace hotel (shown in the image here) where we guzzled our way through these treasures. I'll be publishing my tasting notes next week.
