Clos de Vougeot - producer locations
The table below shows the location of the vines that produced the 56 Clos de Vougeot 2008s tasted recently, in the same order as the tasting notes are presented.
Conventionally this historic vineyard is divided into the top third, which is the best drained and is closest to such grands crus as Musigny and Échezeaux, the bottom, least well drained third closest to the main road, and the middle.
An asterisk in the table below denotes those producers whose plots lie along the very top strip of the vineyard.
