Monty Waldin writes: My latest book, Monty Waldin's Biodynamic Wine Guide 2011 [to be reviewed, along with the rest of this season's crop of wine books, before the end of the year - JR], has just been published. It is my seventh book but the first which I have chosen to publish myself.
