22 Dec - There is news of a ceasefire in the war between the Wachau growers' association and Gritsch, the grower who precipitated the case over usage of the terms Smaragd etc referred to below. Last week's inaugural International Riesling Symposium at Schloss Reinhartshausen in the Rheingau seemed to be a huge success.
