Adopt, or give, a Georgian vine
The recently established Georgian Wine Society is offering what they describe as the gift 'for the wine lover who has everything' or ' a more original way of getting involved with Georgian wine'. So for those who already have Cheval 1947 in their cellar (see Richard Hemming's A minor whine to Bettane ), here's another idea - but if you want give this as a Christmas present, the deadline is tomorrow, 18 Dec.
