One night during Burgundy 2009 week in London when I went to 12 tastings in five days, Nick took me out to Hunan, a Chinese restaurant in Pimlico, London, of which we had heard very good things but where we had never been. He will be writing in detail about it in a couple of weeks because it was exceptionally good in so many respects.
