Terroir and the Côte de Nuits

John Atkinson MW has written a scholarly article 'Terroir and the Côte de Nuits' in an attempt 'to try to crack the code of terroir to a certain extent' and it has just been published by the Journal of Wine Research . It has been reviewed by professors of oenology at Davis and Dijon. The Journal of Wine Research is a subscription-only publication but its publishers Taylor & Francis have generously allowed Purple pagers to access this link to the online publication, although only for the next month, until 20 May 2011.
