What makes great Riesling

It's an honour to be invited to address the seventh University House Wine Symposium, especially as it is a celebration of 40 years of the modern Canberra wine industry. I have been witness to the emerging Canberra wine community for 34 of the 40 years being celebrated. I love coming to Canberra and have had plenty of reasons over the past three decades to do so.
