Celler de Can Roca is probably my overall favourite restaurant in Spain. That is hard to say, because, as in wine, I also like diversity in food. I love traditional stuff as well as creative cooking. I like food from both the north and the south. But if I had to single out just one name, it would be Can Roca, because the conjunction of people, food, wine, and overall experience is, in my opinion, the best in Spain.
