Well, that’s a load of my mind: yesterday I heard that I have passed the MW theory exam! Or, to put it another way, yesterday I heard that I have failed the MW practical exam. Not by a dismal margin, though – my results were B, C-, C- across the three papers, with B being a pass. So in fact, I passed Paper One (white wines – notoriously featuring the Wolf Blass Chardonnay I thought was from Burgundy - as discussed in our forum here ) but failed Paper Two (red wines) and Paper Three (mixed wines – usually containing sparkling and fortified, among others).
