More on the battle against Brett

In response to news of the AWRI's recent breakthrough in the management of Brett , notably in sequencing the genome of Dekkera ( Brettanomyces ) bruxellensis , and comments in our Members' forum , I sent Peter Godden, the Australian Wine Research Institute's group manager for industry applications, a few supplementary questions about their research on Brett and consumer response to the off-flavours Brett often causes.
