2001 first growths tasted blind
One of the highlights of our year used to be driving out to the Cotswold home of my mentor Edmund Penning-Rowsell and his wife Meg to taste over dinner with the Broadbents the Bordeaux first growths at some point during their tenth anniversary or so.
