TrentoDOC - the tasting notes
Yesterday I described Trento - Italy's overlooked fizz . Nearly 60 tasting notes follow, listed alphabetically by producer name (not including words such as Cantina). See Jancis on a blind tasting of English wines , including many of the top fizzes, tomorrow.
Abate Nero, Domini Millesimato Brut 2007 Trento 15 Drink 2011-15
100% Chardonnay. Fresh, apple and quince nose. Quite assertive and long-lasting bead tempered by sweet fruit. Lots of extract and quite a sweet finish. (WS) 12.7%
