Diary of an MW student - part 33
After I hung up the phone, my immediate thought was well, I can’t do it. I simply don’t know how to do it. I can’t do it. This was the first time in the 30 months that I have been studying towards becoming a Master of Wine that I genuinely entertained the notion that I might never actually achieve it.
I had been speaking to my dissertation mentor about preparing my synopsis for the submission deadline of 9 February. I’ve said before that a major challenge of the dissertation is learning the skills of academic research and then applying them in a convincingly authoritative way. And I’m saying it again.
