Unfortunately the six-letter word we hear most frequently about Spain lately is 'crisis'. The news is certainly not good, and many are suffering, businesses as well as individuals. Unemployment is high and prospects are not so good. We find it's better not to listen to the news or read the newspapers as you'll probably end up depressed. So, what is happening to Spanish wine in the current climate? Spain is the country with the most land under vine on earth, the third biggest producer of wine in the world.
