Peter Gago spent last week in London on a punishing schedule. On the third day of the London Wine Fair he didn't make it to the bathroom once.  I caught up with him late morning Friday, after he had already done a presentation at Harrods and had a wine dinner at the Athenaeum the night before.  Below is a short extract from his presentation of Penfolds latest releases of what they call Luxury and Icon wines at Morton's in Berkeley Square.
