Soaked in burgundy 2004
This is a ridiculous week for any London-based wine professional with an interest in Burgundy. There have long been a few tastings of the last-year-but-one’s vintage en primeur at this time of year but this year it seems to have got out of hand. Here is the number of Burgundy 2004 tastings I have been invited to:
mon 09 jan – 1
tues 10 jan - 6
wed 11 jan – 6
thu 12 jan – 3
fri 13 jan – 1 (praise the lord!)
mon 16 jan – 1
