Oh, dearie me... what to do... 'Don't rush.' vs. 'Very evolved'. That Morey St Denis of mine never did wake up, even the half bottle left over night with a bung in it. And it was lovely in 2005, so... Must simply hope the weather warms and Jancis can make a dash to the (heated???) cellar soon!. More...
