Some delicious current German whites

Most of you live either in the hemisphere where spring is springing and summer is a'coming in, with all the need for verdant wines that that entails, or live in pretty hot climates where you must surely crave Riesling all the time. What better than some of Germany's finest? The 1999s may not be Germany's most concentrated wines. The 2000s are extremely varied and coaxed from a harvest plagued by disease and lack of ripeness, Germany's most difficult for many years.
