See also purple prose ( 29 April 2003 ). Janna Gur, the editor of Israel's food and wine magazine Al Hashulhan , sent me tasting samples of some of the most highly-rated wines produced there. The number of quality-oriented Israeli producers has increased significantly of late and new, cooler areas are being planted.
