RS - residual sugar, TA - total acidity Pétillant and Mousseux Vouvray Pétillant 2000 Brut 18 Drink 2010-2030 Mid-gold and slight copper hue. Very honeyed nose and almonds. Massive acidity and still quite youthful. There is still considerable greenness on this young wine. Vouvray Mousseux 1970 18 Drink now-2008 Very little difference in colour from the 2000 except slightly deeper gold. Green leafy aromas. Honey front palate and acidity almost disappears but still very refreshing. Savoury finish, lasts very well. More dosage added...
