2000 Red Bordeaux Revisited
Below are collated my tasting notes from a major retrospective in Hong Kong (see wine news ), together with notes on other 2000s I have tasted seriously from bottle. These include many of the less famous names and exclude some wellknown ones between most and least famous on the basis that these represent some of the least good value currently.
I have tended to increase my original scores out of 20 for the best wines, which really are looking very good at the moment. But I have perhaps been a bit too harsh on some of the most disappointing St-Emilions.
