LCB loses roof, wine – livelihoods?

The extreme weather conditions experienced in the UK last week have brought tragedy to some wine companies.

London City Bond's bonded warehouse for the wine trade at Purfleet, Essex, just inside the M25 east of the city of London, lost its roof and some walls last Thursday, presumably because of sheer weight of snow.
